The new industry of impact investment has the potential to become the best way of addressing global challenges
A Monitor Institute Report
General
The EVPA annual conference is where leading philanthropists and social impact investors come together to discuss their common goals and meet peers across Europe.
The 18th Annual Net Impact Conference will be hosted by the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan. Programs will challenge attendees to envision their role in working towards a sustainable future, and bringing into focus the business solutions that can lead to social and environmental transformation over the next decade.
A four-day strategic and problem-solving retreat for nonprofit leaders, for-profit social entrepreneurs, funders and social investors. This event aims to break down the silos of unproductive competition and go beyond the boundaries of conventional poverty alleviation.
This conference gathers industry leaders and trustees, CFOs and investment staff of foundations, family offices, pension funds and corporations for intimate and proactive peer conversations. Leading practitioners and global financial experts share their candid experiences, and engage in pointed conversations about the unresolved and debated issues and potential evolution of impact investing.
Building on last year's Summit, this year's gathering will focus on accelerating growth and impact and will feature national keynotes and speakers, a central cleantech CEO Panel, business and community success stories, tips on developing key strategic partnerships, structured networking, and practical strategies attendees can implement in their own businesses and communities.
This second annual conference in Bogota, Colombia is run by New Ventures Columbia, with support from the Aspen Network of Development Entrepreneurs (ANDE) and Fundascion Bavaria. The event will raise the challenges of impact investing in Colombia and Latin America, explore the role of key stakeholders in initiating and accelerating impact of businesses, and present investment examples.
