Antony Bugg-Levine
Rockefeller Foundation
Antony Bugg-Levine is a Managing Director of the Rockefeller Foundation in New York, where his responsibilities include leading the Harnessing the Power of Impact Investing Initiative. A native of South Africa, he previously ran the Kenya office of the NGO TechnoServe and worked as a consultant with McKinsey & Co. He is also currently an adjunct professor at Columbia Business School, where he teaches business and international development.

Mr. Bugg-Levine is a graduate of Yale College and earned an MPA focused on Economic Development from Princeton's Woodrow Wilson School.

Toby Eccles
Social Finance
Toby Eccles founded Social Finance and has been working on the Social Investment Bank since joining the Commission on Unclaimed Assets in October 2005. Prior to working for the Commission, he was Director of Research at ARK, a child-focused foundation, where he built programmes around education in the UK and communities with high levels of HIV/AIDS in South Africa. In the commercial world, Mr. Eccles worked in corporate finance at UBS Warburg and built a next-generation Internet protocols business for Data Connection, a leading UK software company. He has taken non-executive and investor roles in two technology related start-ups and is a non-executive director of Antidote, a charity developing emotional intelligence in schools, and a regional board member of the Guinness Trust, a housing association. Mr. Eccles holds a BA in Maths from Oxford.
Pawan Mehra

Pawan Mehra is one of the Co-Founders of Intellecap, a leading consulting and investment advisory firm focused on social enterprise. Mr. Mehra has been involved in building and scaling early-stage ventures, first as a venture capital investor in his early career with GVFL and McKenna Capital and, since then, as an entrepreneur with Parsec Interact, Intellecap, and now cKinetics. He serves on the boards of a number of Indo-US enterprises and continues to advise a number of companies in Asia and the United States. He is also actively involved with the Give Foundation (www.GiveIndia.org), the largest online non-profit exchange connecting donors with projects in India, serving on its US board.

Mr. Mehra has a bachelors degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.

Preston Pinkett
Prudential Financial
Preston D. Pinkett III is Vice President and head of Prudential's Social Investment Program, which has a willingness to take informed risks in socially responsible investments that help create healthy, sustainable communities.

Prior to joining Prudential in 2007, Mr. Pinkett was the senior vice president for the New Jersey Economic Development Authority, where he managed funding and development programs to spur economic development in New Jersey. He also served as senior vice president with PNC Bank, where he founded and managed the PNC Development Bank and community development investment and lending activities.

Mr. Pinkett has a BS in Economics from Cornell University and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
